What Virtual Server problems can we resolve?

  • Virtual Server Protocol Errors or Slow or Unavailable (e.g., Error 500 or client cannot connect to virtual server)

  • Virtual Server is not found (e.g., DNS Problem in resolving domain name to virtual server IP address)

  • No Virtual Server Data Transport (e.g., HTTP Problem in transporting data in the 2-tiers or 3-tiers multiprotocol service)

  • No Application Server (e.g., Application server problems in logistic in the 2-tiers or 3-tiers multiprotocol service)

  • No Database Server (e.g., Database server problems in the backend in the 2-tiers or 3-tiers multiprotocol service)

Where can we monitor Virtual Server problems?

  • Monitoring Virtual Server in the VMWare Private Cloud

  • Monitoring Virtual Server in the VMWare Public Cloud

  • Monitoring Virtual Server in the Google Public Cloud

How do we monitor your virtual server problems?

We monitor Internet Incoming traffic to the data center by having the MacroProbe TAP on the spanned virtual switch port of the vSwitch on VMWare or VPC on Google Cloud.

We monitor the following virtual server metrics:

  • Virtual Data Center (VPC) Services Availability

  • HTTP and SMTP or IMAP4 or POP3 or FTP or TCPApp or Database (e.g., Oracle or Postgres, etc.) Server Availability

  • HTTP and SMTP or IMAP4 or POP3 or FTP or TCPApp or Database (e.g., Oracle or Postgres, etc.) Server Protocol Errors and Response Time

  •  End-to-End HTTP -> SMTP or IMAP4 or POP3 or FTP or TCPApp or Database Multiprotocol Availability, Total Protocol Errors and Total Response Time
